Hilariously enough, I'm a fan of both Les Canaiéns and the Jets
I knew the Habs would win this, the Jets have a season of pretty much non stop tire spinning, so I've gotten used to the L's piling up with the Jets, and on the other side if the coin, I'm also excited to see this Canadiéns team kicking some @$$ out on the ice!

I was at the game. Lifelong Habs fan in my Beliveau jersey. Cheer for the Jets when not playing Habs. Monty kept the boys in it in first until they got their legs going. Two key differences: Habs had 1 giveaway, Jets had 20. Habs won about 55% of faceoffs and that allowed them to maintain possession. This team is fast in person. The Hutson goal was in front of me – WOW!!! About 40%, if not more, of fans rocking Habs jerseys. Arniel was mad in his post game comments. Recharge for the stretch run boys!
Fun fact: I heard on the radio a few minutes ago that since the 4 nations cup, the habs got 108 points in 83 games, Suzuki 102 points, Hutson 82, Dobson 51 and Matheson, playing now mostly defensively, 34. These are pretty good stats!

I'm not sure there's any other team in the league that can gather so much of their fans in the road buildings… it mesmerizes me everytime. When it's close from Montreal (say Ottawa or maybe even Toronto), I can understand. But further away like that, it's a one of a kind in my mind.

Idea for a video: how Habs fans invade certain arenas. It’s now 2 coaches who remarked/complained about it (Buffalo and Winnipeg). Fascinating phenomenon. What team can count on this?? Maybe every Canadian team in Florida??
The Winnipeg coach was asked about the number of Habs jerseys in the crowd, and he said there were more than he'd ever seen. In Buffalo there were seas of red jerseys in the crowd. It has to be a bit disappointing for the home team to look out there and see a lot of fans cheering for the opposition.
I absolutely loved this ending before the break. 4-0-1, wonderful! 9/10 last points, good job habs!
