NO MORE OT/SO.. no more playing from behind. Do the video sessions in between shifts during the game I guess to get the guys going. Play like they did in the third last night and they’ll win games. They’re capable, we’ve seen it in bursts this season. And for the love of God, keep Hill out of the net. Get a new goalie coach, do something about it. GKG

Maybe shootout practice to see who are best in shootouts. Since the VGK has made OT and shootout a stable this year it would be best to know who more consistently puts a puck in the net in a shootout. It obviously isn’t the elite guys that are good in shootouts with the exception of Theodore. Maybe we have a sleeper elite shootout guy we don’t know about. Certainly can’t hurt with our pretty consistent losses in OT and shootouts.
