The No Move Clause has to be completely removed from NHL. There’s no reason why one player should hold up an entire organization hostage.
It seems there could be a solution here: fire the development staff within the organization. How can R's ever win if they can't or won't develop young players. Retool? This team was a Presidents trophy winner two years ago, what went wrong. As I can recall both Kreider and Trouba were suffering some injuries last year but Drury couldn't wait so think what's happened since he got rid of these players. Drury is the issue here. As long as he is GM, this team will be a bottom feeder.
