Sabres Grind Out a Point in 4-3 Loss to Lightning | The Jeremy and Joe Show

Jeremy White and Joe DiBiase discuss the Sabres 4-3 OT loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning. The guys explain why despite blowing their lead in the final seconds and falling in OT, it was a good result in the second half of a back to back against a pair of solid teams. They discuss goaltender Colten Ellis’s exciting performance where he looked great, but still gave fans the full “Colten Chaos” experience. They look at the standings and discuss where the Sabres are at and what could be possible following the Olympic break.

  1. I like how Colten was the only reason they had a chance to win this game when the team barely showed up and you’re making fun of him.You guys are a bunch of clowns.🤡

  2. If thats what you wanna call it. Under a minute with two points in hand and they revert to last year. Here comes the 8 game losing streak that dooms the playoff run.

  3. looked like they stayed out on the ice too long in OT usually shorter shifts especially in the 2nd night in a back to back on the road

  4. They played their hearts out what a turn around these guys are warriors I wasn’t east on Ruff but he’s making some brilliant moves I think he has to be in conversation as coach of the year if these guys make the playoffs

  5. You know who's looking like a finisher, Samuelson a player that you guys wanted to buy out, cut or just get rid of I don't want any trades waited years for this to develop and want to see this group win same as the Bills I wanted them to get to the Superbowl with McDermott and we're taking a shot at bigger success and i think we're gonna miss continuous winning

  6. The only thing I wish these guys would do a little more is hit. When a guy is coming into the zone knock his ass off the puck thats what I wanna see. They would be unstoppable if they started playing hard and mean.

  7. I don't have to pretend the sky is falling to be annoyed they shit the bed with 25 seconds on the clock. They're in a good spot, they're a good team, but great teams find the way to close that one out. Hope they learn the lesson and it sticks in their craw even if I as a fan am not killing them for it.

  8. 3of 4 is great on a b2b. Id say it is on lindy, you can't have krebs/quinn(dude is a mess) out there in OT, and i love clouder but he is a pure playmaker/passer with speed, need someone with FINISH with him. i been banging the drum about finishing all szn, get us a finisher or 2 plz.

  9. the best team won the game in the end no matter what.. but it just stings we had them with under 30 seconds left..regardless getting 3 out of 4 points is more than great towards clinching a spot eventually

  10. Last man back in OT!! Let the guy behind you?? Man on man coverage eh?? ELLIS hung out to dry just saying!! Sabres soft as VELVEETA IN THEIR HOUSE!!

  11. Yet another game of OP fumbling the puck alot, losing puck battles along the boards and standing around watching and screening his own goalie.

  12. Damn – so close. Sabres were leading in regulation until the last 30 seconds. too bad they couldn't have closed it out.

  13. Why does Dahlin always goes blocker on breakaways, Ostlund need to shoot more, backing in too much on 6 on 5. Only playing 500 hockey last 3 games, lets relax and face reality – we need to trade Tuch for assets and trade bait. The boys can make it to the playoffs without him.
