ottawas PK was much different than any other team so far this year , they caught the devils off guard when they were trying to enter the OF , they pressured the puck handler like crazy , especially the dumb drop pass they wont stop trying
We would literally happily take a consistent 20 to 40 goal scorer. Streaky or not like tf is keefe talking about? We have people who are just bombing from when we got them to now. Who was the last person we traded for that came in and immediately made an impact who was that lvl scorer? Fkn timo and toffoli i believe. If we had that production with the amount of 20 to 40 streaky goal scorers we would literally be winning more games than not. Streaky scoring is NOT the problem here
Players are just skating around for a paycheck and not caring. CBJ fired their coach and are on an impressive run. Buffalo fired their GM and is playing .650 % hockey for the past 1 month. PIT lets sullivan go and the Pens are back playing to their standard… Devils do nothing and the play doesn't get better.
Organization is just playing out the string. It’s as if they’re testing us to see how much we can tolerate before we check out completely and stop showing up. All this lip service and “potential” that never becomes kinetic energy. I really like Nico, Bratt, and a couple of the kids. Everyone else I’m sick of seeing them. Including the Super Brothers that were supposed to be “our saviors”. At least a decade ago when we were trotting Mike Cammalleri and Ryan Clowe out there, I knew what to expect. This team is nothing but hype and puff
