Michkov needs to be held accountable for not showing up to camp in shape, and if he was the one who was late to treatment, hold him to task. Do it in private. Nothing is gained from passive remarks, putting him on blast in public, talking to the Chiclets guys and causing a divide. He is 21 years old. He needs to be held accountable, but also brought along to learn what it takes to be a professional. Tocchet is not equipped to do this. Vancouver is playing out again in Philadelphia. The point in the rebuild the Flyers are, they cannot afford to be set back 5 extra years.
Be a leader, admit the mistake in hiring him. Own it. Bring in the right leader, and build the team the right way.
Tocc seems like such a good dude. But I stopped watching because it genuinely feels like they stepped back. Last year I watched excited to see what would happen, this year when I watch, I expect them to lose… that can’t be what Briere had in mind.

Should jump on acquiring Calvin Pickard off waivers – should just give him another chance and see what he’s got. It’s inevitable either Vladar / Errson gets hurt. Wouldn’t be the worst idea at 1M
Worst case put him in LHV and recall Bjarnasson or Kolosov.
