I love Trotz, and I get and appreciate what he was trying to accomplish. It’s a shame that it hasn’t worked out, but I do think our future picks are looking good. Either way, when looking for a new GM, can we please look outside of the organization? We need something new since we’ve never had a Stanley Cup and it’s time for some fresh faces.
Sad to see Trotz announce his retirement. He has done so much for the organization and it's a shame "fans" can't see what he has done, as a coach and GM. It's not Trotz's fault the team hasn't been performing as expected. If you see this, I wish you all the best in your future endeavors and know that you did an excellent job!
