The Montreal Canadiens pull off another 3rd period comeback, this time against the Sabres, while Cole Caufield casually scores 2 more goals, bringing his season total to 32. You think Team USA is regretting not adding him to the roster yet? Montreal finally gets a crucial win against a division rival and beat the Sabres 4-2.

  1. Team USA has to be kicking themselves already, right? Caufield has been on an absolute tear. And then there's Jakub Dobes… What a monster of a game, yet again. So happy to see this kid playing with such confidence.

  2. Dach played great on the top line. When Newhook returns, look out, with good goaltending, the Habs are going to be very very tough to beat.

  3. Great impressive win. What a decent goaltending can do for you. When they had Price they had no team. Now they have a team but no Price. Hopefully Dobeš can keep it up

  4. Dobes showed again how great he is and that his omission was a mistake. He is the clear number one.

  5. 0:39 Why is Caufield dressed like a Soviet plumber, while everyone else is dressed like they're going to prom?

  6. At this point, there’s just no way you can consider putting Laine back in the line-up. Pay the man to stay home. We’re good.

  7. There were a lot more HABS fans at the game than there were on the 15th. Sabres fans couldn't drown out the GHG chant or the Ole Ole Ole. The habs passing wasn't great. Both teams had awkward bounces and a ton of near misses. It was good to be there. The restaurants were flooded with fans and chants of Ole were plentiful at the Pearl st. Grill and throughout the streets before and after game.

  8. I always thought Dobes was better than the way he played. That was because dummy MSL had to f–k with his goalies a while ago. Dobes was playing well but that idiot frenchman Raymond (and his fellow idiot MSL) tried to instill his own stupid style into all the goalies. You have to let athletes play to their natural talents and instincts with tiny tweaks. Thank God they fired that dumb a ss Raymond. I like huge goalies and think he's better than Fowler. The Habs have had great offense this year but their goalies have been sieves. I also agree with Caufield and Hutson being left off the O squad by Guerin. Too small and not as good defensively. Just watch last year's playoffs against the Caps.

  9. I have been saying for years now that if the Sabres could get their 💩 together, they would be a great team. For whatever reason, they kept piling up the talent but it never showed up on the ice. Even last year, they would suck for five games, then suddenly beat two top teams by scores of 7-5 or something. I am glad for them that they are more consistent. They just need to lose more to Canadiens, and enough to stay below in the standings 🎉

  10. Jakub Dobeš with a phenomenal game! He’s doing so incredible, it’s crazy! And 2 goals for caufield, amazing! Extremely important game and they delivered! Go Habs go!

  11. The boys need to finish this stretch in a 5 game winning streak into the break

  12. Matheson 100% responsible for Sabres first goal (turnover)…I believe he was on for their second one as well.

  13. I love how good this years Habs play Hockey but now they have a winning team do Montreal fans really need to behave like the Leafs 2.0 ? Suddenly 1000s more travel, ok I understand that but all this 2nd Bell Center chat & talking down on other fan bases is exactly why people despise the Leafs! Humility ?

  14. This was such a good breakdown! I've been getting into hockey ahead of the Olympics, and this channel strikes a great balance for for fans who are comfortable with the game terminology but get lost when commenters start rattling off stats. Definitely going to be using this channel to grow my game sense!

  15. Didn't know the Sabres were 23 and 1 going into this. Not sure if this counted as a home or road game for the Habs, but they're on fire!

  16. nice analysis, Evans was lost in space on the Sabres 2nd Goal. It looked to me that after the Sabres got their 2nd goal the Habs played pissed off and basically said enough of this. Great character win. what could have been a disastrous week turned out to be tremendous.

  17. To be honest, we were very much lucky in this game. Buffalo played great if not better. Now if we deserved to win, 'yes', but so did the Sabers. Jakub was making a difference.

  18. They all look so young ! Oh ya, I got old ! I've been watching the Canadiens since the 60's, been a long time since they've given us hope !
