I really don't think blown penalty calls that have no effect on a goal being scored should deny a goal. You have an extra ref and you can't call this is on you. Like people have said, once he touches that puck, its a blown call, not a replay check from 13 seconds with a goal scored.

Didnt this happen last year in the columbus vs red wings stadium series game and no pen was called and the goal counted😭
people complaining about the refs, but washington challenged the call. washington was hoping for a missed stoppage which just so happened to be a penalty.
