Agreed. Id be surprised if he finishes the season in Pittsburgh and, given his contract situation and legacy in Pittsburgh, I think people will be shocked by the return. It wont be nothing but it also wont be a huge package

I’m so tired of this narrative…. Would it be cool? Yeah, I guess but where does he even slot in? We have internal issues we have to figure out like the Necas contract, Makars extension, why we can’t convert on the PP.. Crosby has been pretty clear he does not want to leave Pittsburgh, he literally has nothing more to prove in his career, 3 cups, 2 art Ross awards, 2 conn smythe, 2 harts, 2 Richard’s, a messier leadershup award, 3 Ted Lindsey’s, 2 Olympic golds.. all that and I’m not even mentioning all of his all star nominations and first team all pros.. He gains literally nothing by coming to Colorado other than getting to play with Nate for like 3 months before we just lose to Dallas again in the post season.. there has to be something else we can talk about..
