Por el momento su principal fortaleza es la técnica.
Si Malinin logra el equilibrio en su patinaje, puede llegar a tener los mismos resultados que Chen en este ciclo y en las olimpiadas 2026.
Todo depende si no tiene una competencia fuerte y si no hay lesiones
