I think the Sabres should be very careful at trade deadline. Its hard to find one guy on this roster that I would consider taking out for a trade.
I guess improving the power play is needed but other than prospects, I wouldn’t trade anybody.
I expect the Rangers will be selling. Zibanajad? Panarin?
Prospects & trade picks only
Sabres on a warpath!
I'm starting to worry, it'll be Tuch who gets dealt at the deadline. Hope I'm wrong.
Greenway is "playing like half the games" … what are we talking about???
Greenway has played 33/52 games.
Since his season started on Oct. 30th, he has played 33/42 games.
"Can "barely" crack the line-up" … this is why WGR is so laughable…
They should move on from Power to clear cap for RFAs and UFAs. Also, there is no amount of advanced stats in the world that will convince me he's not having his most miserable season as a pro. Point production is poor, mid contributor on PK, nothing on PP, cannot be trusted to pinch, at all, ever. They're paying $8.2M for Cory Sarich.
Wasn't Nurse Norris to be that " elite" guy, When he comes back; who doesn't play ? You would have to wonder why Ottawa just let Norris go if he still had some gas left in him
No Panarin. SIGN TUCH. If Tuch goes the team bottoms out. This team traded two heart and soul guys in the past and it was disastrous
Rangers fan here: went to school in Buffalo. Loved it and stayed an extra year. Best city in America! Much love for the Bills and Sabres. Let's go, Buffalo!
I hope they just chill at the deadline, nothing crazy. Let's see if what we have is really what we have. It's looking good, no need to go nuts here.
If Robert Thomas is willing to waive his NMC to come to Buffalo you absolutely pull that trigger. Avg’ing 52.4% on face offs and over 50 assists the last 4 seasons, 26 yr old elite play making centers in their prime with a reasonable 8 mil contract for 4 more seasons? Those don’t grow on trees. If a deal can be made, you pull the trigger.
The only one I would be interested in is Robert Thomas .Good centers are a premium especially going into playoffs. Having a real strong team down the center is important. Also still not sure on goaltending .Looks great now but still alot of games left and injuries seem to follow these 3 present ones. Just saying.
You only have 4 more years of Tage… take the damn chance
Quinn & Power should be dealt while they are playing well. We know who they are and what they're gonna be. Send'em.
Glad to see I was right
Waiter waiter, more playoff odds, please!
What the Sabres need is a great top line LW. Package Power, Quinn, a prospect and picks for one. Maybe Robertson or someone like that. Oh and Greenway blows & is over paid. See ya.
This was actually a really good call. Usually Sabre fans are mind numbing to listen to when they call in.
Jarmo isn’t messing with the chemistry of this team.
DO NOT TRADE 86 or 94 your almost out of the hole DO NOT buy an old broke washed up p.o.s.
My Trade is Greenway and our 2026 1st for Jamie Oleksiak – money saved on Greenway used for Tuch extention.
Can someone explain to me how the Sabres are so much more effective at 5 on 5 in the offensive zone than on a power-play???
