Not built for playoffs? It doesn’t even feel like they are built for the regular season.
They look pathetic. This team has majorly declined. There only chance for a playoff is making the top 3 in the Metro. The Atlantic is to strong that both wild card spots will be awarded to this division. The metro is so weak and yet the Caps continue to struggle for playoff spot and win against any teams of any talent level. This should be a red flag for seasons to come.
They should be trade deadline sellers.
