Leaf fans know nothing about hockey, they're just rich enough to buy tickets, downtown parking, food, and beer. And the team management is no better than the Harrold Ballard days. To put the blame for lack of playoff success on 1 or 2 players is stupid.

The whole Toronto team was a let down but Mitch's spin around give away to nowhere in game 7 and shooting the puck over the glass antics to avoid hits in big playoff games makes him the ultimate whipping boy. Leafs (again) need to start from scratch with a gm who actually gets what a playoff player is. Toughest players are Tanev (hurt) and Stolarz (their goalie)

Remember when TAVARES lied to the NYI saying he would likely sign on then jumped ship for 10m a year to go play in toronto? At least you got anything for Marner. Isles shouldve been able to get a 1st and more for Tavares but got nothing. Yet i recall leaf fans taking issue with NYI booing Tavares in his return.
