Today, I’ll explain how Seattle Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold, with the help of offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak and receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba, has reached a level of play nobody ever thought was possible.

  1. To finish out this year Barner needs to start blocking like he cares and Horton back and put Rasheed in wide receiver get him the ball and pass more to #9 running back.

  2. 3:41 Seattle deploys '12' personnel? 5:38 again with the '12' personnel. 6:22 "This time Darnold called it out of '11' personnel? Teams can only field 11 players on the field period.

  3. and watching this 2 months later, with Seattle #1 in the NFC going post season, no defense had an answer to this.

  4. Sam is a friggin baller I don’t care about the turnovers, he will get those in check once he starts feeling like he doesn’t have to win the game for the team. Hes starting to understand and it’s been getting better and better

  5. I understand this take but it does overlook the fact that Walker and Charbonnet are more of explosive type runners, most of their plays are generic runs that dont do much because they've developed a great game in the air, however that explosiveness comes in when it matters.
the stats for rushing first downs and touchdowns shows that they're used in situations which are more advantageous to their short distance explosive style.
If they get big break away plays it's a cherry on top

of course however im looking not at the stats after they're #1 seed and the regular season is over nearly 2 months after this video

  6. Funny how he spoke on the lack of running game only for teams to now be struggling to stop the run because they are matching more with nickel. Kubiak was a step ahead and knew the adjustment that would come and the trap that defenses would walk into. Great breakdown and foreshadowed the counter punch from Kubiak.
