The Sabres are playing like a team, and not just a group of individuals! They just have to remain (relatively) healthy, and the drought should finally come to an end!
I like Tuch and want him for the rest of the season but extending him for that long at his age isn't something I would do. $10m can get you 2 really good younger players moving forward. Keep the chemistry as is for this year maybe add a role player for a playoff run.
Doan has had a good start …kinda invisible the last couple games….Malenstyne is a keeper
Timmins Rosen Quinn Greenway Kozak draft picks in some order can all be packaged together to move for a player which is nice. Would love to upgrade over Krebs but I think he’s become a key piece on this team. Have to be careful of any moves we make at the deadline. Ellis appears to be the 3rd Goalie. We ll have to see
I love this teams chemistry right now. I truly wish there wasn’t an Olympic break this season. I just don’t want anything to disrupt there chemistry. But if they come back clicking then great we got rested up.
I would keep Tuch for a playoff run and let him walk. $10mm plus is too much for the Sabres to pay
