First half of the game I thought wow these guys dont even look like they played yesterday. Second half of the game I thought wow you can really tell they played last night. Summary they emptied the tank, built a lead, then hung on and got the w. Nothing wrong with that.

The potential is being realised. If Buffalo can avoid the prolonged losing streaks so detrimental in recent seasons they will get in. Once there in they can go wherever they choose, nobody has a book on a Sabres playoff team. Lose 1, win 2. Positive response from the boys. Let's keep it up. 👍

Wayne, who would you target for trades and who would you give away in the trade? What are your trade thoughts? Right now I'm a little scared to trade away our young guy's of our core. I would look for a grinder in our bottom three or a face off guy. GO SABRES!!!!! We don't need draft picks. We need a smart hitter. Fly high Roam and the SABRES!!!

Lyon had a great game! Saved it, for sure. Nashville was the better team for at least half the game, maybe two periods of it.

To my eyes Lyon looks,all season, like our best goaltender. Lyon -UP or UP-Lyon with Ellis in the wings gives Sabres solid goaltending. Big problem solved. Great play by Ostlund line. Preds r a good team. Let's see what Jarmo does but the ceiling is high.

I know #94 is very young, but I hope Tuch, Dahlin, Zucker, Samuelsson etc took him aside and told him to quit mugging for the camera. Not a good look.
The second O'Rielly goal was fully Mcleods fault. He had him then he left him when he got in the zone. If he had his man like he was supposed to, that play doesn't even happen and its still 4-2. They boys did play a pretty well rounded game but the numbers say otherwise. The high amount of giveaways have to stop.
