  1. I understand the team is respectful and wants to give players a chance. But at a certain point you have to think of the players that you are hurting by not having solid goaltending. It’s not worth compromising Kap/Slaf/Demi/Hutson etc development, missing the playoffs, just to give your goalie a 3rd, 4th, and 5th chance to find their confidence. And it’s not good for him either — he may just need a change of scenery. In any case, we need to move on this. Now.

  2. We lost cuz we tried surviving the last period. Our best defence is offence. We tried enduring the last period instead of searchinf an extra goal. Wich i knew we needed

  3. Bla Bla Bla – “could have gone either way….was a close game…..have to do better….” – there I just saved everyone a bunch of time. Fact is these kids can’t beat anyone in the division. Games are getting tougher and they are showing their immaturity and soft play…sticking around the perimeter and passing 4772558894 times before turning it over or getting a lame shot.

Boston took 6 seconds on their PP to win the faceoff (something Suzuki is literally incapable of doing on the PP) and shooting the puck (a miracle concept….I know).

Choked away another game to a division leader. Put Monty out of his misery and on waivers for goodness sakes. He’s done. Literally one of the worst goalies in the league. Enough already.

  4. why are the goalies defended in Montreal we all know that the problem is in front of the net

  5. Can you stop giving up 40 goals every game …..teach them to defend or just change the defensive aproach cuz this STINKS .Also monty cannot save above 85% . Keep doing this and you will be in cancoon very soon.

  6. While I agree the goaltending lets us down and think Monty should go, this inability to hold a lead and smother the other team as it tries to come back is a bigger problem. We've been playing a lot of really close games as of late, and though it's nerve racking for all us Habs fans to watch those tight games, it appears the team plays better from behind. Sometimes we win, and sometimes we don't. But when they play with a lead, it's almost as though they panic, and don't know or remember what to do to hold things down.
