  1. I thought this was a combat sport? Nothing but nut hugging. Dude from Iowa on his knees like he trying to make a buck on the corner

  2. I don’t care for Penn state. The lack of offense from Iowa, where was it? the other guy didn’t do anything impressive besides take some shot attempts.

  3. angelo take notes u wrestle from a knee u might win u might lose but u will shortly be forgotten after u leave iowa nobody Rembers a wrestle who is boring to watch

  4. The more deserving wrestler definitely won, but for the love of God Please shut the ref up, there's nothing worse than mid match hearing the ref scream "work" "work to score" as if you two are just in there dancing. I hate the one knee BS but Rocco has to push to EARN the stall warning not just wait it out and let the ref's force the issue, because I guarantee Cael had him drill this a million and one times going into this one

  5. Why isn't this kneeling stance stalling? Like blatant stalling. It's not even intermittent, it's his base. It is 100 percent defensive cover that hopes for counter. No different than someone standing and stalling with their forearms extended and waiting for the opponent to make a bad shot. If you're going to pretend to be the alpha male in the prematch staredown theatrics, then at least act like it when the whistle blows. Anyone else notice how he knew he was going to lose at the end and started feigning injuries? First his wrist then his ankle.

  6. Awful match. I get they are highly ranked and need to feel each other out but to wait until there is 20 sec left to initiate offense is unwatchable. And one knee is for those not so good on their feet.

  7. Angelo Ferrari could be the coolest name I've ever heard. Wrestlers are bad azz athletes. This kid is going to be famous in the near future.

  8. So instead of actually wrestling to see who the best wrestler is instead it’s 2 people competing to see who can better use stalling to their own advantage. Literally the match was won by stalling, welsh just took the stall warning so he could get riding time, the only real initiative taken to score were escapes. Neither wrestler went for the takedown. That’s wrestling not to lose vs wrestling to win. In this case, the best staller won, we still have yet to find out who the best wrestler actually is between these two. This was disappointing.

  9. I mean at least I understand Rocco’s lack of offense. How do wrestlers a dude on one knee for 90 percent of the match.

  10. Let’s go!!!! 🦁…… Angelo is not a number 1. That division is going to be fun come nationals

  11. Instead of being on your knees for two rounds, wrestle. Freshman mistake, he'll be unstoppable if he finds a better offensive game. He could have taken advantage of about two ankle picks when Welsh was crossing his feet.
