I'm a huge fan of him and he is a Falcons icon but putting the Matt Ryan President of Football role in between the ownership and these vacant roles will put off the best candidates. Certainly seasoned guys like John Harbaugh won't want to report to a Mickey Mouse sentiment role that adds no value.
