In Vegas, Woll did not do well against the Knights. Despite being one of the biggest Leafs fan, I'm not too optimistic about the team's chances of making the playoffs this year. 🙁
Hildeby has been the leafs best goalie this season. He kept them in many games, when this team was playing bad. Bad move sending him back down. Lack of respect, and mismanagement once again.

The should 100% not have put stolarz in. Hes good, but he hadnt played in 33 GAMES! You put him in on a less offense-forward game, or at least not on a game as important as yesterdays. I think if hildeby had been in at least 1 if not 2 of those goals wouldnt have gone in. Stolarz did NOT look on
How can you say Matthews has played well no points in the last 2 games If Matthews is not accumulating points every game and Nylander is not playing this team is screwed Nick Robertson has cooled off Nick Roy does nothing Maccelli and Domi have also cooled off a bit too which does not help. The team looks still hung over from the long road trip plus losing Nylander has set this team back
I still like matthews but i definitely want REILLY GONE! He makes mistake after mistake after mistake. And losing marner was NOT THE PROBLEM. The problem was NOT GETTING ANYTHING FOR HIM. They needed to trade way sooner, especially since his contract was the simplest to move. Heck they tried to but marner shafted them by refusing to go only to not sign later. If theyd gotten something for him, they would have a chance. Now they dont. Its time to look for at least a re-tool. Keep matthews, knies, laughton, woll, hildeby. Ship nylander stolarz, reilly and robertson for draft capital and try to make something happen in 2028
This season is done. When you miss the playoffs and don’t get rewarded with a top draft pick, that’s the sign of a poorly run franchise. This is getting as depressing as any year in the last 50 years of failure.
They should bench Riley and bring up Henry T. Riley is such a liability. He gives up so many turnovers, he's slow and give so many bad passes. The whole team looks cooked

So if you didn't start Stolarz against Vgs then he would be the starter tomorrow vs Colorado. I think it was the correct decision.
