Gatesy, I am so jazzed up with the boys. In truth, good or bad… I'm always going to love and be as positive as possible when it comes to the Sabres, I can't help it. I know they are real when the guys I talk hockey with at work and within my friend group whom are usually downer, doomers are starting to talk positive about the boys, and Lemme tell you something… I've had to start handing out some "I told you so's" as of recent and it feels good. I have all the faith in the world that the Sabres can get the job done over the remaining season, I just hope we all get to watch it come to fruition. UPL seems to be more consistent as of late which I'm here for. Like we have all been saying, our success is coming from more consistent goal tending on top of a team effort from everyone in front of the net. It isn't just our stars saving the day, but the kid's line, or Quinn, or Sammy, or whomever… The boys are always a scoring threat and I'm here for that too! Let's. Go. Sabres!
It’s a bit unsettling when you get outshot by a 2 to 1 margin but it feels like we have a 1a 1b goalie situation to make up for it. Until that falters, let’s ride the wave

Hey Gatesy…love the videos. Anyways… tonight’s game was great goaltending and a good defensive effort. They blocked shots and hit pretty well. My biggest concern is the lack of shots. You can’t keep getting 3-4 goals a game on 17 -18 shots a game. Also, faceoffs are really really important in the playoffs. I’d love to see Buffalo trade a prospect for a veteran forward that plays tough defensively and can win faceoffs. Hope to see a little more shots per game going forward. And Let’s Go Sabres!!!

Buffaloes goalies are playing with the best balance so far. UPL – 11-7-2 2.66 GAA 905, LYON – 11-6-3 2.83 .907, ELLIS – 6-4-0 3.10 GAA .898 I'm old enough to of seen Buffalo in both their Stanley Cup Finals, both disappointing finishes. It's been awhile since I was excited about watching hockey regularly.
UPL has been very consistent, which is what you need. Helps that they often take the lead early, with multiple goals.
Another win for the boys. 2 over the Habs who have whipped us for a couple years.

My daughter and me went to our very first Sabres game to watch them play the Panthers and even tho we lost it was such a good memory. Good year to be a sabres fan 💙💛
They beat the Canadiens in their barn, with injuries, not even bringing their "A" game. Lindy says it's because they play for each other. It takes more heart than talent to win the Stanley Cup. There's things to work on, but ultimately they have what it takes. I believe in this team. Definitely something special happening.

In today's NHL which is full of low IQ hockey any team can turn it on with just size and speed.MTL is a quick opportunistic team but not a good team not an IQ team and not a big team so very beatable by any team.Looking at the game from the Buff standpoint they looked ok but not a contender.
