  1. The reason Marner didn't want to tell the organization to trade him or say yes to Rantanen deal is his ego! If he agreed to Rantanen deal then the Leafs won the cup last season how would it have looked on Marner?

  2. Is Funny in the beginning of the season about 95% people from Media especially you guys guarantee the Leafs is a playoff team and now 95 % from media said the Leafs should not make a trade , you guys are so Stupid don’t you remember Boston has Leafs first pick if they miss playoffs and boys in the room get depressed knowing they won’t make the playoffs they will definitely drop in the standings and Boston will have a chance to get a higher pick . The window of the Leafs with 34 are only two more years since the boys are trying hard lately I believe they should trade away more picks to push them in these picks can be reacquire when they decide to a properly rebuild . Concerning about draft picks at this stage, is not appropriate. Don’t anticipate doing nothing the Leafs will have the same record you need to anticipate the players will lost interest if they know there won’t be any significant trade and they will start loosing more games which meant Boston will have a higher chance to get the 8-10 pick this scenario will be worst than the Leafs trading more picks to push them in if Boston get a franchise player this will hurt the Leafs more than they giving up a 28 or 29 pick because if the team finally decides to rebuild they are able to sell and retain these draft picks back , I have zero concerns of 88 and 34 who are not having their home and family in Toronto to weave their no trade when the Leafs officially announced a full rebuild

  3. Thank you JD for calling as it is about Marner. He’s no Sundin and he’s deserves nothing but ridicule tomorrow. The treatment that Tavares received his first game back on the island should set the standard for how Marner handled things.
