  1. Really like this guy's approach. Doesn't rip old team, looks forward to what is ahead. He seems like a great fit to help the youth movement with a sandpiper, do whatever it takes, look out here I come, mentality.

  2. Dumb trade really…..going to overpay for him when he’s barely had success in the nhl. He thinks he’s an all star lol

  3. I watched Sherwood's exit interview with Vancouver – seems like he was pretty attached to the city/org. I'm sure it hurts for him now but genuine guys like him will fit in so well here with the team/community once he's settled in. Excited to see what he brings

  4. I love how he’s always present. When asked about the sharks after he was traded, he kept it short and focused on leaving his brothers. Today he kept Van talk short and focused on his new brothers.

Love that. Great dude, and he’s going to get better. Late bloomers can keep growing. His curve hasn’t flattened yet

  5. We shouldn’t have moved off Sherwood. Damn!!! However, as my second favourite (and local) team, I’m glad he now gets to play with Celebrini and Will Smith. I’m glad he’s out of the clown show that is the Canucks management, and away from that toxic Vancouver media!

I’m thrilled to see Sherwood smile and know that he is with a great organization

I personally think he’s a great addition to the Sharks. He hits like a freight train and they are clean, respectable hits. He plays every game like he’s trying out for the NHL! Yeah! That kind of passion, attack, attack, attack mentality and energy is what Vancouver threw away.

There’s no drama, absolutely zero sense of entitlement, and he doesn’t give up. Uh huh! I’m talking about you Elias (40) whose “Revenge Season” didn’t even make it half way through this season.

He’s the only player in the NHL, that I know of, who could and did slow down the insanely talented Quinn Hughes. Remember when Sherwood played the Canucks in the playoffs, a few years ago, when he was in Nashville? Hughes went to the Canucks GM to tell him to get this guy off his back because Sherwood kept hitting him so hard. If you can slow down or get into Hughes’ head then that at least is worth keeping him.

Our loss is San Jose’s gain. Please, please, please, keep this awesome guy, take care of him and damn it! Pay the man!! He deserves it.

Let’s go Sharks! Get that Cup!!!
