Retool? They are in 31st of 32 teams and have the fewest goals in the NHL. They need a Rebuild and there is not a single star on this team they should not be willing to trade…

Blues haven’t landed a #1 pick since 2006 so tank, tank, tank. It’s painfully obvious that’s what they need.
Armstrong is still using the model he used for Cup but that model is obsolete. I sure hope Steen takes a different, more up to date approach.
