Someone would pick up Thompson on waivers for sure. RHD 3rd pairing with some offense. We should trade Desharnais to keep Thompson
I like Thompson as a building piece. He doesn’t make the roster because we have to stuff it with shitty expensive contracts but if we can keep him through this season, he is 100% on the sharks like 3rd line or 7th man full time next season
