OEL not on PP1 is insane. They say the leafs don't have a number 1 D, I disagree. They've had a number 1 D since they signed OEL. Is he on Makar/Hughes level? No. But he's been fantastic for the buds – I'm losing belief in this coaching staff.

Marner was a big loss in a away that you might not think of . He killed the clock man and ragged the puck. When he was on the ice he had possession. When you have the puck less likely you'll be scored upon. That's a big part of their bad record start of season. This team is not a cup runner. Not even close. Too banged up and lack the ability to play under pressure. I doubt they will trade away prospects or anyone. They need picks man. Media doesn't have realistic expectations for this team .
