Watched this game, and was highly entertained as a Sharks fan. Goalie fights are always fun to watch, very often more fun than watching 2 "tough guys" fight. That was a crazy and dangerous cheap shot that started that incident though. That's the kind of blindside, late, hit in the back that can end someone's career and has no place in hockey.

The nhl says that when goalies fight they lose control of the match, but have you ever looked around when goalies fight? Everyone gets stuck in their places, watching such a beautifull display and forget their anger, so I think goalie fights are actually calming

Back when the Broad Street Bullies were in vogue I was playing net when some Peter Puck dropped his gloves and started fighting me ( I pushed him out of my crease legally) . I’m wearing all that gear to stop 90 mph rubber biscuits and this schmuck was trying to hurt me ? I laid him out with my blocker and returned to my position 🤣
Bob, Tkachuk, and the whole Panther team got whats been coming to them for years….a beat down. Not that the Panthers are anything special this year, just cant stand a team full of rats between Tkachuk, Marchand, Rodriguez, Verhege, and others. Thank you Ned and the rest of San Jose!
