Orly strikes me as exactly the kind of player that Griersy needed to get for this team at this stage. A good defender with a touch of offensive skill, but a steady presence on the ice and, it seems, off the ice as well. I think managing the mix of youngsters and veterans, outgoing players as well as more introverted ones, must be one of the hardest parts of being a general manager. I know, as a past executive in biotech, that balancing teams can be a difficult business . . .

Sharks fan since 91, we have not had a lot to cheer for the past 6 years but the signing Wennberg, Reaves, Gaudeete and Orlov plus the play of the young kids have made this 25/26 season so fun to watch. Keep up the awesome content Brodie!
