The problem is his "game" doesn't work on the 3rd line, and he's not good enough to play with Drai or McDavid anymore. If he's not top 6, he needs to adapt or not be an oiler. Same with Frederic.

I don't know why I watch these sports/athletes interviews. Always the same insipid formulaic questions, followed by the usual pat answers. "What do you have to do get things rolling?" "I have to move my feet more, play the best that I can and contribute more." I'd rather they ask them what their pre-game routine is, what they ate for supper, what do they do on their time off, what kind of car do they drive, etc. Anything but these damn boring game/play questions that always result in the exact same boring answers. Did they think he was going to say he hates it here and his manger is actively looking for any route out?
Being benched sucks, this guy is NHL caliber. I appreciate his answers.. Remember it's a business… If your boss benched you, how would you respond to the media?? He did it professionally!! Remember this!!
