Let’s put this in perspective! He played in the era where it seemed everyone got in trouble once. This dude had the hack and he was to far ahead of his time for people to realize it. Yet….. I was a skating rink kid growing up, I don’t k ow how I would feel with a grown man skating better than us taking our shine. He probably did the skate races and won taking all the free pizza!
I’m 54 and never learned to roller skate. I did have a banana yellow skate board that damn near killed me the summer of 77 and I guess I lost that vibe on the hot pavement.
