Dallas is not in a slump, they’re just not playing well.
Disappointed Dallas fan here. Complete failure all around in the month of Dec and it has continued to Jan. At this rate, they aren’t even making the playoffs. Just annoyed that every time a Dallas team signs a big contract, that team/player just craps the bed. No different with Ott now.
PLEASE notice the absolute genius by kucherov in Heiskanen's turnover. First period I believe. Taps on his pad to make him believe that the forecheck is coming from there, Heiskanen sends it to the left but there he is waiting for the puck. Not a coincidence in my opinion.
I tuned out for 2nd period then came back to a total lightning blowout
Lightning did an excellent job shutting things down to close out the game. New win streak started. GO BOLTS!
