GIVE HIM THE FKN C ALREADY…… Seriously….. Give him the god damn C
13:50 Scott Oake – interview technique could use a little work there bud
Grateful to have a quality guy like Garland on the Vanucks
Great, hard working player. Smart. Articulate. Blessed. Where ever the trade happens, I'll be rooting for him.
He'll teach the youngsters how to compete.
Classy guy and an under rated leader.
Canucks have some great players and Garland is one of them. Remember even Mackinnon and McDavid have played on the worst team in the league before.
"You either win or you learn…. And we learned" lmao Canucks are going to be worldly scholars by the time this rebuild is done
13:53 harsh barge there Scott..
Oiler fan, and I have mad respect for Garland. He plays the game hard and is a really good guy off the ice!!
if we’re keeping him more importantly if he’s keeping us – he should be a leader if not the leader
Garland must be one of the leaders of the New Canucks — trading him away for teenage draft picks would be a massive mistake. He loves Vancouver and is a culture bearer for the team. He has the right attitude and wants to stay here long term. He told Hughes over the summer he was extending whether or not Hughes stayed. That's the kind of dedication all future players should have on the Canucks.
I'd like this little guy on the Oilers farm team ❤️
Strange little elf.
Would be a great fit on the Bruins
As tough as this season is, guys like Garland and Boeser resigned after going through some pretty tough seasons and they had to know that this was a possibility. You do you best, and obviously at the start of the year, they had Quinn Hughes and the goal was the playoffs, but look at the roster in October. There was always the distinct possibility the Canucks would end up here. Despite the turmoil, Brock never wanted to leave Vancouver, when he probably could have gone home to Mini, even if it was just on a one year show me deal and when the cap went up, he could have gone long term. Clearly Conor felt the same way. It's a tough situation, again, but the players have to keep battling and management with ownership's blessing has to stick to this rebuild. And if it lasts less than 3 years, it's not a rebuild. It's a retool and something definitely went wrong. Obviously you don't want to be the Sabres who rebuild endlessly, but to do a proper rebuild that can result in success, it takes 3-5 years. I don't own if ownership and the fans are ready for that, even now. I certainly am because I want to actually win something.
put a c on his chest man
Gotta trade this guy while he still has value, A lot of playoff teams could use him.
Connor team rebuild or not you guys must mark way better. Three guys are jumping in to attack, problem is if you loose the puck 3 on two the other way or four on two. Team system is wrong.
One guy deep four back will turn it around for you guys. Keep Ohgren Pettersson and Karlsson as a line for three four games. Results will change.
Conor is very well spoken, honest and entertaining. He's a born leader. Put the "C" on him!
He wants to be traded very, very badly.
Turtle neck garland is a PEDOPHILE LOVING POS‼️
Garland: The worst teeth 🦷 in professional hockey
I LOVED Garly. Great player. Always has been… but not as much anymore for me. He is one of the BEST Canucks of all time imo. But when he posed with that pos Kash Patel for a picture earlier this year, it took everything away. Roll your eyes if you wanrt, but Garly's image is tainted. And now all I think about is that picture when I see him. I don't want him to win and succeed anymore. I know there's no good from viewing politics in hockey but he should have tucked that one under the rug. Especially since he is playing somewhere that's so less conservative and more progressive than back home.. I just don't think I can enjoy watching him as much now, unfortunately and it breaks my heart. And to add, I don't care for ANY other player that carries this brand of thinking either. The US has a ton of problems with racism and bigotry it still has to get over. You'd think playing in a progressive part of CANADA would help them see, and be appreciative for where they live… but nope. . Love'm but he's gotta go at some point. Let him play in the US where he likes the way they do things.
Didn’t he want out of Vancouver like 3 years ago?
Don't trade this man, give him the C
For the love of God don't trade Garland. Make him Captain.
He wants to stay. He can be a veteran that shows the younger players the ropes. He always competes hard. Smart player. They should look to move a Peterson or brock before Connor. That being said if the offer is right at this point we need to take it.
