To the surprise of everyone, Flyers defenseman Matt Niskanen retired from the NHL today. Here’s my thoughts on Niskanen and what this means for the Flyers and some players who can replace him, as well as some quick thoughts on Justin Braun’s deal. Enjoy retirement Nisky!
