I was at a Sabres Flyers game in Philly back around 1992. Had seats next to the Buffalo tunnel to their locker room. I was yelling crap in Czech at Hasek to the point i think he got annoyed and told an attendant. I think it was late 2nd period and Barnaby got a 10 min misconduct and was sent off to the locker room. Fans were really giving it to him and I’m hanging over the railing watching him head back and at the last second he swung his stick in the air and pulled down the tarp covering the walkway and missed my head by inches. I didn’t realize how close he came to hitting me until I watched highlights on the news that night when I got home.
