The Blackhawks have to take Byram third overall. Yes they drafted Adam Boqvist and Nicolas Beaudin last year and Henri Jokiharju in 2017 but Jokiharju is more of a top 4 defenseman and Beaudin is not only a top 4 defenseman but he is also an offensive defenseman. Boqvist is an elite defenseman but he is not a 2 way defenseman. Byram is a elite two way defenseman that the Blackhawks need. He could be the last piece to the puzzle because Duncan Keith and Brent Seabrook aren’t getting any younger
