Flames are willing to draft whatever and hope to win the lottery. Best case scenario is flames get lucky and draft top 3 and then bring up these other kids. No one’s talking about this Ethen kid in the NCAA. Let’s be honest flames real rebuild is going to take place in the new arena unfortunately. I like the possible Detroit return. No Danielson is not a star, but he is positionally filling a need. He is a good-sized RS Center. If he can’t play center on a third line, then he is all but a given on RW, probably second line. This is an organizational need. You are also getting a late first. I would take this, Detroit should take this, it’s a good deal all around.
