Here's hoping he turns us around onto the track we were supposed to be on this entire time.
The biggest problem with the team is we don't force the other team to play defense. We need to make other teams defend against us. Keeping the puck on offense and forcing the oppenant defend.
I liked Dean but a change was needed while this season was still salvageable. Welcome Coach Bones!
What inevitably happens is the new general manager and/or the head coach come into town chomping at the bit, ready to take on the challenge. Then a year, two, maybe three years later, reality sets in and they realize that to overcome the challenge talented, elite players are required. And those players are not going to come in anywhere near sufficient numbers.
