  1. Привет из России всем болельщика крыльев, приятно видеть, что такие церемонии проводятся в этом безумно "мире"

  2. Adult me wants to forgive him, but the brokenhearted kid in me can't seem to do it. He left for less money than Detroit offered him.

  3. Невероятная история !!! Невероятная карьера !!! Чемпион, легенда !!! Эти Red Wings, вот за что я полюбил хоккей !!!

  4. The Red Wings are such a class organization! What a beautiful ceremony for Sergei Fedorov! Well deserved👏🏻.

  5. I am a habs fan first and foremost, I started watching and understand hockey around 1995. The habs were atrocious, and even if it was difficult watching the Red Wings back in the days in Canada, I loved the Red Wings to death. Yzerman, Federov and the russian five where amazing, no other team could accomplish what they did in the 90's. Congratulations to Sergei Federov for his incredible career! The Detroit Red Wings will always be #2 in my Heart. Let's go Red Wings!

  6. They say such words as "Where I was born, I came in handy." I can't agree. The NHL gave Sergey and all the other guys a start in hockey life. In one word, I can say, WELL DONE!!!

  7. A top-class organization with the best logo in the NHL. Growing up in Michigan and Detroit, hearing all the stories about the Russian Five and the countless legends who wore the Winged Wheel is truly something special. With that said—congratulations, Feddy. You’ll always be remembered. You earned this, bud, and it’s been long overdue.

  8. Серега лучший! Я так рад, как будто мой номер вывели из обращения 😅

  9. I cried watching this. Watching him, Yzerman, Coffee, Lindsrom, Osgood was magical to grow up watching as a kid.

  10. I shudder to think what could have been if Fedorov stayed in Detroit. A Datsyuk – Fedorov – Zetterberg line would have been absolutely filthy! I wonder how many more cups the Wings could have won if he stays a few more years

  11. Okay fans……any early predictions on whose number will be next to go up??? May not happen for a while, but I submit 3 possibilities – #16 Vladimir Konstantinov, no one's worn it since the accident, #13 Pavel Datsyuk & #40 Henrik Zetterberg……any thoughts or own predictions???

  12. All the work, training, practicing, losses, heartbreaks, wins, triumphs, Stanley Cups and sacrifices accumulate here and now. So deserved for all he did for us, the fans, The city and his team

  13. Absolutely AMAZING speech Sergei, you too gave us memories that we will never forget for the rest of our lives! Thank you for finally doing this for Sergei! He deserved it!

  14. The Red Wings really made this special and deservingly so! Fedorov's 5 goals vs Washington is so heavily stitched in my brain as a kid and that's just one of many memories and without Fedorov there is NO HOCKEYTOWN

  15. If Fedorov had only today's skates and equipment, he wouldn’t give McJesus a chance and would see him in the rearview mirror. THE Greatest skater in hockey history!!

  16. VLADDY MUST BE NEXT!!!!! PLEASE, I have been crying about it forever.. its time, hes old enough and deserves it. Absolutely noone has or will TOUCH number 16 again, lets get him his due and retire 16!!! ❤

  17. One of the Greatest Red Wings to ever play and one of the greatest 2 way players to ever play. The only player to ever win the frank J. Selke, The Hart trophy, and the Lester B. Pearson in one season = The greatest two player to ever play, definitely top 5. The Greatest Russian hockey player to play in the NHL.

WELL DESERVED AND OVER DO !

  18. It’s not often that this organization does much right anymore these days, but for him, for this, they did everything right. The corvette entrance, Steve’s speech, the commemorative skates, the Ilitches being there to bury the hatchet, the video messages, the white skates and fedorov jerseys for warmups, Karen Newman singing the anthem, and a thrilling OT winner. He deserved all of this and I’m so happy he finally got it. Welcome home, forever ❤🤍 #91

  19. One of the greatest and proud to celebrate another superstar that played in the incredible city of Detroit!!!

  20. What a wonderful ceremony celebrating one of the Greatest Detroit Red Wings of all-time!
Congratulations #91! Well deserved, Sergei, well deserved!

  21. To all the young Wing fans; take notice of true greatness and loyalty. 90’s style hockey was better, not because of all the winning, but because it was more entertaining with the speed, brutality and intensity. However, I’ll take what I can get, Go Wings!
