  1. Regula is a rookie playing second-pairing minutes alongside Nurse, not the easiest guy to play beside. Yes, he has made mistakes. When Walman returns he'll be in a place moree appropriate to his experience.

  2. Last playoffs were the defense lead by John Klingberg – but he was to expensive for the oilers so he went to the sharks and, what a surprise, the sharks step strong this season and Klingberg has his main role there. Walman is a good defender but isn't the same caliber as klingberg in puck moving, in making plays, in showing hockey IQ. But Walman got a expensive contract… As Bouchard got, as Fredrick did, mangiapane – bit also not Roslowick who shows great performances. Regula is s young guy and he will get his lessons, but he has potential for the future. If Walman is back he will get a role with less pressure.

  3. Give the guy a break. He's in his first full season, and it started with Evander Kane giving him a concussion. Then, instead of being the 6th-7th D, Knobber needed him to step into Walman's role. Give him some time. Yes, the team obviously misses Kulak and Stetcher.

  4. Anyone playing next to nurse is gonna struggle and that's going to take its toll on their Individual game and their mental side of things. As long as nurse is around this team, no one he's paired with is really going to do that well

  5. Regula is bowmanโ€™s guy. That should say a lot because bowman has no acumen when it comes to grading talent.
