    Torterella isn't the only coach that Kevin Hayes had problems with. The Winnipeg Jets traded a first round pick to get Kevin Hayes for their playoff push. And within one or two games of their first round series he was relegated to the fourth line. Kevin Hayes has nobody to blame but himself for his diminishing value.

    You really think Berube isn't going to come down on Hayes as well when he fails to back check or he leaves somebody open in the defensive zone? Berube came down on Courtier when he wasn't playing well. He'll do the same with Hayes

    I watched some Flyers games after the rumor of Hayes to Columbus. Guy shows flashes of some real talent and is a decent player but looks like he's only giving it 80%.

    I agree that Mitchkov is the real target here. Wouldn't surprise me if Danny packages Sanhiem at 50% retained, with both the #7 & #22 to Montreal for their #5 1st-rounder. Then select Mitchkov with it.

    Why in the Word would TK Waive his No Move!l? To go from a contender to a rebuild? Shame on St Louis putting a No Move in then expecting the player to waive it when it suits them. Shows lack of respect. Players around the league take notice of this types of things. This may well come back to bite St Louis down the line. Loyalty matters.

    Seems the flyers started at the wrong end. Should have asked BA straight away is TK willing to waive his No Move. Built the deal from there.

    Kevin Hayes will likely rejuvenate his career by getting away from a difficult John Tortorella and having a fresh start with the St. Louis blues. ✔️

    When a team offers to pay HALF of a guys salary and their is still no market for him, what does that tell you about the player? The bottom line is any team could have had Hayes for 3.5 million a year and no one wanted him. There should have been a bidding war for a player that can put up 50-60 points. That tells you all you need to know about what other GMs think of Hayes work ethic and competition level.
