Paul Maurice, Panthers Morning Skate: Florida without Brad Marchand at Montreal Canadiens

The Panthers will be without Brad Marchand tonight; he did not play in the third period of Tuesday’s 4-1 loss to the Toronto Maple Leafs. Maurice said at the time it was out of precaution.

Florida got its lone goal in Toronto from Carter Verhaeghe in the third; the Leafs added an empty-net goal late.

The Panthers continue their six-game road trip Thursday and have lost the past six dating to 2024 to the Canadiens.
