always appreciate an EP video!
For Slaf, I would add that he has improved his decision making speed as well as his overall mobility – he's faster and more in movement now – creates more space and time – which helps him read the play and make the best play rather than a play. His shot has improved, or his willingness to shoot and trust his shot. Laslty, his balance seems better, he absorbs contact better and doesn't fall as much when in possession.
Good game but the test will be Thursday night vs Florida, then Detroit. Good comments.
Kapanan seems to be a biy of an anomaly. The trigger man in the offensive end. And the defensive conscience at the other end.
4:01 Demidov’s sticks have been breaking a ton this year. You can tell it’s getting frustrating to him.
This is an interesting game to pick cause I feel like they’ve had much better games than this one to show the chemistry. I know you want to show both sides of the game, but if memory serves, this was just an OK game from them they had much better ones later. Obviously they got a lot of points in this one, but in terms of the individual plays throughout the whole game
The most dangerous young "team", in the NHL. The attempt to get Zharovsky over in Canada is on already. He's already indicated that he wants to leave to move to Canada this summer.
Love this breakdown, this is exactly what I've been noticing watching them play.
PLEASE TAKE NOTES VANCOUVER
Crazy thing is, the Calder race could end up between Demidov or Kapanen, of course, only if Schaeffer slows down a lot in the 2nd half
This is no longer future this is current happening this season.
Very good work
The future is now!
Fantastic analysis! If you aren't a coach already, then become one.
If habs win a cup five years from now , wifi will get conn smythe. One tough guy carrying a team of skill speed finesse, with minimal hitting…..unless slaf throws his weight around more often….
Really good breakdowns. Would love to see more of these kind of videos. These things are easy to miss when watching in real time.
5:04 say that again
Du bonbon, merci!
I’m calling Stanley cup final in the future between San Jose vs Montreal!! Young cores!!
Celebrini/Misa/Smith/Eklund/Cheeneyshov/Musty/Dickinson/Askarov
Vs.
Suzuki/Caufield/Slaf/Demidov/Hage/Hutson/Dobson/Reinbacher/Fowler
They're so fun to watch
