it's not just the play on the ice. it's everything how does the younger players feel around him. he is well liked with the younger players. he is going to be a lot of help for the coaching staff. someone like him is like have a coach around the players on the ice. this is a very young team with a whole lot of very talented young players on the Phantoms. they need veteran guys like him to be with them when the coaches are not.
