Most colleges these days it seems operate almost exclusively out of the shotgun or pistol formation and maybe that's not a good thing for QBs looking to make it to the NFL.

Klint is 1st choice for me. Silly comment about play action for a lefty… you just do it to the other side more. Plus Penix ran a 4.5 40… He can roll out fine. The biggest question is if he is accurate enough for Kubiak.

I would take Klint Kubiak, heck I would take Klay Kubiak. Let's see if we can get Mack Jones in here to distribute, he's shown he can run that offense really well.

Where are we getting all this money to sign Willis, re-sign Pitts, and sign Pierce?
Move Pitts to Y. Have him lose 10 lbs to allow him more mobility. Dude is MegaTron (check Calvin Johnson Measurements). Get another blocking TE who can catch occasionally. Can use him in 12 personnel. (1 RB 2 TE sets). Use Bijan running and receiving back especially when going to 3 receiver sets. Bring Algier off bench when going to 3 recover sets. QB who can run the offense? Willis. GB runs similar system as Kubiak. Falcons got talent. Just need that head coach with offensive flavor to use them.

I believe Flores could work out. We need a leader with a better vision for the Dirty Birds. I think it will come down to a HC that can lead our guys and leave the strategy to the OC, DC, and other coaches. If course, he needs to choose the other coaches well but be involved in their strategy and approach. They all need to be synced.
