I mean this is why I personally don’t blame the goaltending because for the 2nd time in 5 days they no showed again. Someone in the room has to say something about it because they can’t piss away points because we need all the points that we can get.
Marchand from the sounds of it seems okay. I watched Pomo’s postgame interview and he’s basically saying the same things that the fans have been complaining about. I’m just at a loss for words.
Hey Jaws, Leafs fan here.
I want to say that I discovered your content a couple of years ago and even though I’m not a Panthers fan, I enjoy your work a lot, so congrats on all the recent success you’ve had.
I also want to come and say that I understand how you feel at the moment.
We Leafs fans have had a very up and down season with our team as well, and let me tell you, you’re not alone in feeling frustrated watching a team that you know can play a lot better not play up to it, injuries or not.
You guys are still the champs until further notice, and obviously as a Leafs fan, I’m happy with the win and very impressed with our game tonight as well, but I just wanted to say GG, and best of luck for the remainder of the season.
Maybe we’ll meet in the playoffs again (if we both make it) because the physically in tonight’s game makes me want to see more like that.

I don’t care how optimistic someone is, no team is going on deep playoff run down 8 guys especially when new guys are getting hurt just when others are coming back. That will completely mess up any chemistry that was there. I’m sure they’ll keep trying, but they need to coast let everyone heal up and try for a run next year when they’ve had real rest . This group can still win another cup but it’s not this year .

Cats went hold my rootbeer mode on us fans soft and flat, they are just stinking the joint up which will get someone hurt when they have to dig out of a hole. And here we were frustrated last season when they would coast in games, its like they just want to miss the playoffs by 1 point. 😒 domi sparked them and ekbad was trash all game. Down a defenseman without Jones might have even been planned.😒
After listening to Maurice after this "game,", I think he recognizes that this is going to be very difficult to dig ourselves out of. The players have been over compensating for all of the injuries and it is wearing on them.
You will need 1,000 cans of Lysol to take the stink out of this game😅

That was disgusting. I feel awful for Bob. He doesn't deserve the effort/energy (whatever you wanna call it) that guys are showing in front of him. Its freakin pitiful. They decided to try a little in the 3rd. Whupee. Where is the pride from these guys. When we had an empty net with 6 guys on the ice, we could only get one guy in front of Woll. Zero traffic. Thats willingness to get physical. How is that even possible? Just gross.
The Canadians are next. YIKES. Thats gonna be really bad.
