I hate how people only think about "the best" and everyone else. A team is 20 dudes, not just the best in each category. Seider is the textbook definition of a Star player. Is he the best, breaking long-standing league records? No, but he knows that. He knows his play doesn't come from nailing 30 goals a season, and going after the coveted 100pt mark. His game is being a stand-up defenseman, playing the puck to forwards, shooting when needed, and making life as easy for his tendy as possible when the game starts going southwards. And I love that about him.
Proceeds to show puck loss in the first play 😂…I love that boy, but I expect more from a Calder winner.
