  1. I remember listening to the Blackhawks on the radio lose to Montreal in the finals back in the 70's. After winning the cup in 2010 I finally got my wish. A Chicago Blackhawks Stanley cup victory. And we got 2 more Stanley cups after that. I can die in peace now. 🏒🥅🚨 🏆🏆🏆

  2. Best episode! Being a Hawks diehard fan since 1990, I've ridden that wave of many low years to the highest highs during those three seasons. Like every wave, these new boys should start climbing up again soon. Been here before! 😀

  3. Was honored and blessed to be able to hold and take a picture with the Stanley Cup 2013&15. Because my mom used to work for Amtrak Union Station in downtown Chicago And the same company that sponsored and provided their office supplies was the same company that sponsored the office supplies for the Blackhawks so when they hosted the cup, we got to go, my whole family has pictures and everything with it.

  4. My childhood is from this era of Blackhawks hockey! It was an amazing run. I love the dynasty of the 2010s Blackhawks. From the core 7. Corey Crawford did an amazing job narrating this video. My 1st ever game I attended was in 2013 in St Louis on Feb 28th 2013 my dad surprised me with tickets to see the Blackhawks in St Louis and Toews scored 2 goal in the game and it was a 3 to 0 win. Corey Crawford got sick after the 1st period and Ray Emery had finish the game.

  5. 1980, I was seven years old. I remember watching Team USA beat The Soviet Union Red Army team for the chance to play for the Gold Medal with my Dad and older brother. My Dad said it was one of the greatest upsets in sports, I was hooked. I watched Tony Esposito and Stan Makita's last season. I learned to love the Blackhawks and guys like Doug Wilson, AL Secord, Denis Savard, Steve Larmer, Eddie Olczyk. They couldn't seem to get past the Oliers in the 80's ( who could??) Then it was Jeremy Roenick, Chris Chelios, Eddie "The Eagle" Belfour make a run and were a dominant team in the early 90's but just couldn't get it done in the playoffs. I kept watching even after they traded away Roenick, watched as they toiled away in the early 2000's and were put on the ESPN list as the worst franchise in sports. Dark days, I used to watch all these games with my dad and brother as we hoped for a chance to see them raise Lord Stanleys Cup. Sadly my Dad passed in 2006, and he never got to see this team make the run they did. Wish he could have, he would of loved this team. Thanks Dad, for introducing me to the wonderful sport of Hockey and the Chicago Blackhawks. I miss you.

  6. What a fantastic piece. Damn near perfect snapshot of the series of events that lead to the Blackhawks assembling that 2010 Stanley Cup team. Also, great job getting Mike Smith on. He was the unsung catalyst for the entire dynasty.
