Perfetti, Nametsnikov and Niederreiter are hurting the Jets. There, I said it.
Logan Stanley was getting held and pushed over the boards. Then Tkachuk wouldn’t let go of Stanley’s stick. There was a 2 on 1 going on and Stanley needed to stop the play and a fight might do it. Did everyone know Tkachuk had a taped hand?
If the situation broke in the other direction? Do we have a guy who is as cheap as Brady Tkachuk? Brady was fighting at the four nations. He’s a completely different kettle of fish from anyone who is supposed to be a star player. Matthews, Crosby, McDavid, Jack Eichel, all of them are guys were big enough to handle themselves, but they don’t play that game so it would be surprising if somebody went after them. But both Matthew and Brady starting to finish more than their share fights. If somebody threw a punch at Adam Lowry, after pushing and shoving match, nobody would be surprised. Not that Lowery is cheap but he’s a guy who plays on that edge when it comes to fighting at least.
