I am the antidote to science based lifting.

Limited to a handful of arm exercises due to injury I have maximized intensity to psycho levels and discovered the power of indirect stimulus growing my whole upper body.

We are in the information age. As a result most ppl’s knowledge exceeds their capability for action. Knowing is now valued more than ‘doing’. Gaining muscle is simple, it’s just hard. The more you put in the more you get out. Most settle for substituting superior ‘optimal’ knowledge for obsessive habits. Obsession will always win.

  1. I like how he says 5 years of only arm training like he'd been training for only 5 years. He had been training his whole body for years before going for arm only. I believe he could bench 315 or 275. So it's pretty disingenuous to kind of insinuate that he built his entire physique with just his arms.

  2. Bro you look different and it suits you look great!… Thick arms, forearms, & torso matching w/ non butt pecs is a more masculine appeal to women. If you build more with defined legs, medium traps & defined back you will look The Hulk.

  3. Overhead triceps extension which is your primary triceps exercise is actually the most scientifically optimal exercise. Great stretch at the longhead and tension profile hardest at the stretched position.

  4. How do you grab dumbells during tricep extension without causing imbalance because of thumb placement? Also I have a very unbalanced upperback and because of my scapular position, one arm takes over the movement. How do you not have the same problem if you don't train other parts of the body because of imbalance?
